I'm sorry if I am stepping out of line, but drinking large amounts of fluid (or even eating large amounts of food) in a restricted amount of time has the potential to be very dangerous. As does drinking any amount of salt water. I just don't want to see anyone who isn't fully informed trying either of those as punishments and someone end up getting hurt.
