Murtha Pennsylvania, both in office for over 20 yrs, Members of powerful committee's, and both as crooked as a corkscrew. They both had been in office so long they coluld no lnger relate to the Common Man. They felt the rules didn't apply to them and acted accordingly. This is why I say Vote Anti-Incumbant,,, remind them they are not royalty, they are elected at the pleasure of the constituants .
