Thanks kittenfemme. Actually, it really was neither though flogger would have been closer to the truth. It was a piece of coiled up rope.

To answer your first question, jadrel, she fell asleep in her little chair while we were playing a game on the computer so we took the opportunity. Finished just in time too.

As for the cutting board well... when we were inTexas we had a large wooden cutting board, the kind with a handle. I don't know what kind of wood it was made if but the underside had a hole where a knot would have been. Well I made a smart comment (which is about par for me) and WHACK! Well a couple of minutes later I looked in the mirror and I had a big red welt in the shape of a donut on my ass from the hole. I learned to hate that cutting board.
