What unique ideas have you had that may be punishments or pain devices?

Id like to open a thread for all the Dominates or submissives to share some of their experinces with unique punishments or pain devices.
I am not sure where my idea came from, if I stole it somewhere or dreamed it up on my own as it has been in mind for so very long....but the unique device I have devised and have had my slave wear is what I call a "training bra". It is a simply made device consisting of a bra with and inner padded section and an accesible outter section of the cup. The sections are seperated and 3 to 9 metal thumb tacs are placed inside pointing into the cup. It can be worn for extended time and has a nasty effect as there is no adjusting it without removal.

As noted in the replies to Advent, thumbtacks are on the risky side unless you actually turn on to drawing blood. I discovered that very early on in my childhood self-bondage games when I got one in my foot and had to pass it off to my mother as an accident.

A safer version of the same idea I described thus in one of my published books:
"You start with some of those pot-scourers that are wads of steel shavings, butter the inside of a bra cup with epoxy, wrap it round a scourer and leave it to set. Then you snip the cloth free with tough scissors, leaving cut ends of steel all over it, long enough to hurt without breaking the skin. Repeat twice more."

"Twice more" to make a complete set of underwear, with the crotch lined with steel prickles as well as the bra cups.

Heat, like spikes, is great if you use it in safe ways. My favourite, which I haven't seen described elsewhere, is to spreadeagle a sub and then put a nice fresh hot water bottle under her ass. No fluffy cover, just scalding hot rubber. You can either leave her straining up off it as a predicament, or have a fuck enlivened by lots of bucking and screams.

(To be strictly accurate, I did pick up this idea somewhere else, now I think of it; it came from a story in a sex magazine long ago, where a rapist catches his victim doing the ironing, and puts the iron under her butt to make her give him a lively ride. But that version of the idea definitely classes as unsafe.)

Though they do, in fact, burn the skin..
