If a dominant were to order one to do somthing that will damage one in such a fashion the submissive in question should imediately say somthing. If its a situation where being unsafe wasnt foreseen (which if the dominant did their homework should be very rare or shouldnt occur very often, ) the submissive needs to be aware that when the dominant fails in his or her responsibility ie drops the ball etc in keeping things safe that the submissive must stand up, take responsibility for oneself and take protective measures.
