I've looked darling and most don't have location. So I'm either to assume that they're looking for online, or don't want to give out location which makes r/l pretty hard.

From what I've read, it seems most people on here are looking for online. If you want r/l, try collarme.com - there are LOADS of people looking for r/l there, and there are a lot of filters to narrow down your search automatically, including location, of course.
