OK on personals there are a lot of pepole looking for this or that with no direction.

My idea is to have the states listed as well as other countries listed in the same manner.

So If your a sub looking for a dom in Toyko,Japan you can look in that section and see what was posted there.

It would streamline and help all the members.

Fair point and it would save both parties time in finding suitable partners. On a practical side though, I'm not sure there is a sufficient volume of personal posts to justify grouping by location. And let not forget some people prefer not to disclose their location. Perhaps though it may be worthwhile for the guidelines to suggest that posters make clear what kind of relationship they are looking for (OL/RL) and then give relavant details like state or timezone.
