I have the same fantasies, and have been lucky enough to act them out twice with my master; it's far more common than you think, it's just a lot of people see it as too taboo to openly admit to. I personally can't see any problem with it as long as it's (all together now) safe, sane and consensual - know each others limitations and agree a safe word and its simply another form of role play.
